This was my first time owning a Subaru and having it serviced at the dealership, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Making the appointment online was seamless and convenient. When I arrived, there was no wait, and Alan immediately greeted me and got me checked in. He let me know that the oil change would take about 90 minutes, so I decided to wait in their lounge. The lounge was clean and comfortable, with coffee, tea, bottled water, and snacks available. My oil change was completed in less than 90 minutes, just as promised. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and how smooth the entire process was. Thank you, Alan, for making my first dealership service experience such a positive one!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had — these people are literal crooks. They massively mark up prices, blatantly lie and misrepresent their add on packages while employing pressure tactics. They are also very inefficient and slow and I ended up spending 6 hours there. LYNN WILLIAMS is an unethical liar and also very low IQ…STAY FAR AWAY!!!
