If you actually want to get your car serviced, definitely seek out another service center. Have had my car here several times, and staff was unwilling to even try to diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle, seek out another service center. Have had my car here several times, and staff was unwilling to even try to diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle, and even went as far as to say, “Well, that would take up a lot of our time to just figure it out, so we didn’t do it.” Extremely poor communication while they have your vehicle, then a plethora of excuses related to staffing, etc when the work was Incomplete. One Toyota right down the road will give you much better service, and a lot less frustration. More

There was no one to greet me when I arrived, or to help me get a shuttle after I dropped off my car. I waited almost 45 minutes for a ride home. No one told me I could take an Uber and get reimbursed. No place to sit inside while I waited. There was a table and chairs on the sidewalk but the table was wobbly and unusable. I worried that the shuttle driver wouldn’t know that I was outside on the sidewalk waiting for a ride. I signed up on the shuttle list, but no one ever checked the list or on me. I started to worry if any ride was coming at all. There was a guy working at a table/counter near the service entrance who ignored me, even when I walked up to his work area and stood there waiting. I finally said something to him to get his attention. otherwise he would’ve continued to ignore me and would not have acknowledged me. Very unfriendly and unhelpful. More

Joe was great! He was transparent and clear in his diagnosis and gave me fair advice on what I should do with my car when it had major engine problems.
