I was disappointed at how disorganized the dealership was at first. I was passed off to multiple staff people and my car was in the shop for almost 3 weeks, but the work could have taken a few days. It seeme at first. I was passed off to multiple staff people and my car was in the shop for almost 3 weeks, but the work could have taken a few days. It seemed like they were going through many transitions and were very disorganized. However, Patrick came through to really help me get my car back to me, fixed. He seemed to go above and beyond to help me get the work paid for by my insurance. Patrick really helped me in the end! More

I was pleased with the service prior to my drive to S. California. However once I arrived at my destination a warning signal came on that my my hybrid battery needed servicing and to go to a dealer.
