I bought a four year service warranty on my car. Got it serviced. There was a recall related to the battery and technician indicated battery was low. I bought and changed my battery which threw off computer system. Car was not covered by the four year service package with no explanation given. Was charged $250 for a fuse replacement. Will not return. More

My 2002 Outback always received good attention. This year was a terrible experience. They might have been short staffed , but my service man was always out of breath… wasn’t on top of my car, d This year was a terrible experience. They never did rotate my tires. Got an incredible $6000 estimate for repairs. Further , my brakes seem problematic, but he said they were fine. I don’t trust the service this time. Probably will not return. More

Everyone is friendly. I sometimes have to wait and unsure if anyone is going to get to me. I had a tire replaced recently and the mechanic mentioned that when he put it on I sometimes have to wait and unsure if anyone is going to get to me. I wish I didn’t have to go back. Overall I trust this place. More
