Thanking Downtown Oakland Toyota special thanks to Daniel Marquez and is detail team that worked on our Toyota Avalon. My car has a ceramic coating and I misunderstood on the care of the car. My husband called and received a quick response from Terry and he had someone reach out to us with an appointment to get it fixed. We took it in and it took most of the day. They were so gracious the ladies offered a rent a car . We had a good time enjoying the Bay for the day. After I seen our car I was so HAPPY it looked like the day we bought it!!! THANK YOU ALL that were involved in getting it done!!! More
