This service center seems to be inefficient. I was told there were 15 minutes slots for oil changes. When I arrived I was told I needed to leave my car for 4 hours. After fours hours I called for an update, was hung up on twice. After arriving it appeared that they had not even started on the job and I had to continue waiting in the lobby. I will not return. I was having AC issues and took my car in for a diagnostic. The repair for the ac was 1,800$ - which was fine. I chose not to have it done, but then the service department charged me for charging m diagnostic. The repair for the ac was 1,800$ - which was fine. I chose not to have it done, but then the service department charged me for charging my ac unit (?) the ac wasnt operational and charging it did nothing except cost me extra money. The bill ended up costing more than the estimate. Really disappointed More
