An average dealership service center. While previous visits have been good this last one included remarks about corroded battery terminals which they did not service. In addition, although the service ran later than expected, I received four separate calls inquiring about the quality of my experience and asking if I would consider selling my car. I was charged when I took my car in for lights that’s were blinking on my dash even though that is covered under the 27 point inspection. I was then told that an oil gasket had to be replaced and the eng were blinking on my dash even though that is covered under the 27 point inspection. I was then told that an oil gasket had to be replaced and the engine resealed. I have a 2013 outback with 90,000 miles and it is a PZEV. My power train is covered in California for 15 years or 150,000 and was told by the service center that it is not covered. They would not explain why. So now I have to make a claim with Subaru of America. I love subarus but I’m questioning whether I will ever buy one again because of this service.. More
