The service manager was a great help. He immediately identified that I probably needed a new battery by asking have I ever replaced the battery. I had a very unique situation going on with my car and I stopped by and spoke with the service manager and he basically took it from there. Please include labor in your quotes! Having to pay almost double from an initial estimate is unprofessional. I received a quote of about $850 to change all four brakes. How much would I have paid if I chose all four brakes? No where near close to quote. More
