terrible. When you got the wrong part, first of all you didn’t check and determine that it was the wrong part. Then later when you were already late in delivering the car, you lied and said the job was don didn’t check and determine that it was the wrong part. In fact the job was not done, you had ordered the wrong part. The result was you couldn’t fix my car for over a week. This shop rep was named shiv. Also really lame that you had another guy call and throw Shiv under the bus by saying it was terrible and he wouldn’t of let such a thing happen. More
