Patrick was awesome. Patrick continued the stellar service, after Subaru corporate scolded me for not first filing a flat tire claim through their warranty procedures. Honestly, on a heavy rain day and the Subaru being my only car in a non-public transportation area during covid, I was more concerned with getting safely back on the rainy road. Patrick shared that same concern. When the Subaru warranty rep explained that I had messed up, Patrick was there to help resolve the issue. He remained clam and professional and also included his boss to explain that he (Patrick) had also made a mistake and wanted to make it right. The situation could have even more heighten and awful but Patrick made sure to prevent that from happening. More
