Employees at this service center are respectful and tell you what you can expect. The people who make the appointments give an estimation for how long it will take to do a particular service. I was told it would take two hours to fix a recall problem and when I got there I was told it was going to be 4 1/2 hours before I could get my car back. As I told the service agent, this is why I do not bring my car in for servicing. An appointment means nothing. It’s just the time you get there. Because I complained my car was done in two hours. Had I said nothing I would’ve been hanging around for 4 1/2 hours More
