Despite having an appointment s, I have had to wait 3 & 3 1/2 hrs for an oil change. The car lay idle for 2 hrs before being worked on. My other cars are serviced at BMW & Mazda takes an hour including ser 1/2 hrs for an oil change. The car lay idle for 2 hrs before being worked on.
