The service clerk was fine and Toyota care was fine. However they told me I had a nail in my tire that needed to be replaced. I had it done only to realize that they scratched my black rim and did not p However they told me I had a nail in my tire that needed to be replaced. I would expect this from a wheel works and not a Toyota service center. My car is only 6 months old. I would expect some level of carefulness be given and a thorough job be done. I really wish my review was more positive as this Toyota service center is in very close proximity to my house. Also hoping they switched out the right tire because after all was done I realized they said I had a nail in my front right tire but they had rotated my tires after. We’ll see if my Tire pressure light comes on again. More
