Terrible customer service. Agent stated car would be ready at 3pm. Did not bother to inform us that they had to order a part that would arrive the next day. Waited all day long just to be told car would ready at 3pm. Did not bother to inform us that they had to order a part that would arrive the next day. Waited all day long just to be told car would not be ready that day. Did not inform us that car would need the original sensor for tire even though we had let him know we had already used the spare. Wanted to charge extra for all sorts of service car did not need. We literally only needed a new tire and installation. Took like 2 days to get car back. Never going back to this location. More
