They didn't fix the problem. I took my RAV4 in to have them check brakes & deal with intense squeel at times when I brake. They had my car for 6 hrs and didn't deal with my major complaint. Just parked it on the roof & didn't let ne know when ir was done. I had to call. When I picked it up, the car had bird droppings on it. Had to wait until they washed it off. When I drove out, the front brakes still squell. More

Can’t fix a problem with a metal part poking through the seat back. Everything else has been helped quickly and they volunteered that my stuff was covered by warranty which I really appreciated. seat back. Took my vehicle to inspect for warrant repair because the windshield crack unexpectedly. The service advisor never got back to me because he went on vacation. And when I called to follow up, was told they co windshield crack unexpectedly. The service advisor never got back to me because he went on vacation. And when I called to follow up, was told they couldn’t access the service advisor notes. I called Subaru warranty and that’s when the service manager reached out and came to my home to look at the windshield. Within less that a minute he determined that it was a rock chip and closed the case. I don’t agree with his determination and reach out to several different glass company and they all agreed that no way a rock chip can hit under the windshield wipers. Took it Fremont Subaru where they did a thorough inspection and determined that the windshield was defective. Timeline: 6/12 the crack appeared 6/14 called Oakland Subaru 6/15 took in for the advisor to take photos 6/25 reached out to that advisor - no called back 6/29 call Oakland Subaru to follow up - bo records of my request because advisor was on vacation 7/1 the service manager came out to look at the windshield (not a thorough inspection) 7/13 Oakland Subaru sent me a estimate 7/24 Inspection from Fremont Subaru to determine it was a defect More
