Gave incorrect hours for the shop- when I called to pick up on Saturday I was told the service shop was closed a d I couldn’t get my car until Monday. Super ridiculous. I bought an used Audi Q5 from this dealership with a maintenance plan. In retrospect, this was a mistake. The first time i schedued for the maintenance, they told me that mt car doesn't require a serv maintenance plan. In retrospect, this was a mistake. The first time i schedued for the maintenance, they told me that mt car doesn't require a service at every 5k miles, so they told me to come back at 10k.. the maintenance plans covers every 5k but the service center actually offers a service at every 10k segment. I believe this has to be a breach of the agreement. When I showed up for 10k service, they told me that I needed to call the parts department before showing up for a service, so I had to wait a half day for the parts to arrive. This was the worst service i ever experienced and if this dealership had any fiber of conscience, they should really restructure the maintenance plan I purchased with the car or provide a refund. I would rather take my car elsewhere. More

In dealing with the Service Department, Patrick approached me and we discussed what I had concerns about. It was a last minute appointment so they didn't have any loaner vehicles at the moment, but approached me and we discussed what I had concerns about. It was a last minute appointment so they didn't have any loaner vehicles at the moment, but Patrick took the time to see when they'd have one for me. I returned the next day and Patrick got me set up to go. He explained what their process would be and how they'd keep me posted with updates. I appreciate the communication he maintained with me as far as updates and he even asked if everything seemed alright in the loaner. I didn't feel bombarded with messages, nor did I feel out of the loop. Came back when the car was done and another young gentleman, whose name I unfortunately cannot remember, was attentive to the fact that I needed help. He figured out where I needed to go and then walked me over. I'm very satisfied with this experience. More
