Everything went accordingly. Kevin is great and very friendly! Waiting time is dependent on who is there first, but I’m sure, they turn down people or make them wait if they haven’t scheduled anything. friendly! I know Honda does that and i think it’s important for customer satisfaction . I’m only giving 5 stars because Kevin is efficient. If they do wash cars but only if you ask, that’s still not good enough. It should be an unwritten rule to wash cars when you get serviced. More
