First appt ever at this dealership on 7/21 @ 8:45am. I got lost since I’ve never been to this dealership and live in Hayward. Finally got here at 9am and turns out, I had to wait 3.5hrs for an oil change got lost since I’ve never been to this dealership and live in Hayward.
