Mr. Kevin Goh is the most attentive, courteous and responsible service manager that I have ever encountered at a dealership, anywhere. My Prius's catalytic converter was stolen and, of course, the responsible service manager that I have ever encountered at a dealership, anywhere. This gentleman was sincerely concerned that I be satisfied with the service at Downtown Toyota. Also, the car had electrical problems that Mr. Goh had fixed right away. Mr. Goh even returned my Prius freshly washed and with the interior vacuumed. I will not hesitate to return to Downtown Toyota and recommend the dealership because of Mr. Goh's responsible service.
