Waited in my car for 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was there on arrival. No other customers were waiting. While waiting for my service I could hear the employees talking amongst themselves, and comp I was there on arrival. No other customers were waiting. While waiting for my service I could hear the employees talking amongst themselves, and complaining endlessly about their customers. Waited 45 minutes after my car was completed, and parked outside, and finally approached someone to find out if my car was done. Obviously it was. The shop was not busy, so there was no excuse.. other than the employees doing things other than working. Pretty bad. Will not go back. More

I believe his name is David. He let me in 10 mins before they open.. He did not offer services that I do not need. But informed me of what is needed in the future.
