I came in for two recalls. Upon arrival I was told that transportation was no longer provided to and from home and the service was expected to take all day. My home is about 16 miles away and we are a one transportation was no longer provided to and from home and the service was expected to take all day. I so appreciated the consideration shown by the service staff. It was above and beyond! More

Staff person was short with answering my questions, didn’t explain service outcome, told me screw in tire was not repairable when I know it was. I realize Subaru standards may be different though.
