Daniel as always goes beyond what is expected. I brought my 2019 Rav 4 because it was making awful noises on freeway. He kept the car a couple of days to run checks to see what was causing the iss I brought my 2019 Rav 4 because it was making awful noises on freeway. He kept the car a couple of days to run checks to see what was causing the issue ( I feared a catalytic converter theft but that was not the case). He worked very hard to find the cause, having the tech drive and monitor with the laptop . Long story short no problem was found - I was prepared to pay the diagnostic fee when I picked up car but Daniel would not let me since no issues were found I was very impressed by his thoughtfulness. Because of his excellent customer service skills, we will be lifetime customers. This is not the first time Daniel has gone above and beyond in the matter of excellent customer care . Thank you More
I watched as a customer walked in and 3 men sitting behind their desks scrolling on their personal phones didn’t want to look up to help the person. Finally, one of the service reps asked what the cust behind their desks scrolling on their personal phones didn’t want to look up to help the person. Finally, one of the service reps asked what the customer needed and seemed disinterested and distracted the whole time. When I returned to pick up my car I experienced the same treatment with several employees sitting behind their desks on their phones as if they were waiting each other out to see see who would look up from his phone first. Also, each time I visit my brake measurements vary drastically which makes me feel that I can’t trust this dealership’s assessment. More
