Called to tell me a part I’ve been waiting for since October was in. Made an appointment for 7 am. I arrive, and at 9:30 am (2.5 hrs later) I’m told they can’t find the part. After another hour I’m told October was in. Made an appointment for 7 am. I arrive, and at 9:30 am (2.5 hrs later) I’m told they can’t find the part. After another hour I’m told they must have called the wrong person and that it was a mistake. No estimate for when my part is due to arrive which makes me wonder if they gave it to someone else. All in all they wasted 4 hours of my time and I’m still no closer to a resolution. Terrible experience. More

At my last service visit I ordered a replacement visor for the passenger side of my car and a new rear seatbelt.
