I like the dealership and have gone there for service since buying my 2006 Prius. My usual service rep. retired and the next guy was good, but the last guy was not. Then he said it would be ready by 10 the next day and it wasn’t. I finally got a call at 2 pm that it was ready. He shouldn’t make promises he can’t deliver on. More
