They took advantage if me because I was naive. They made me do unnecessary service, I paid a very high price. They did not even bother to put a sticker with the next due date for oil change. danial Peña was not clear about the total cost of my vehicles service. We were then told that it would cost about $420 to replace the belt and the filter and later informed that the water tank also needed to be replaced so the cost would be around $600, to which I agreed thinking it would cost a total of $600. I was operating under the mutual understanding of how my ability to pay a large amount was somewhat limited so when I arrived later that afternoon to pick me up my vehicle I was shocked to find the total was $890. For someone who understood that a sudden $1,400 charge was basically the money I would need for rent, I’m disappointed that he didn’t think tk clear up that the total would $900 rather than the $600 I agreed too, at no point during that conversation did he clarify that it’s just $600 for the tank. Rather, he let me walk out confused about the price while knowing my financial constraints. I feel it was dishonest and unfair. More
