I believe good work is still being done at this service center. My concern is that the results of the 27 point inspections aren’t shared until customer picks up the car and reads the inspection report. Th center. This means a customer needs to schedule additional discussion with service advisor to determine if another service is needed. Advisor used to advise customer after the tech review so that any additional service suggestions would discussed snd possibly fixed as part of the original service appointment. More

In general, the service representatives that I have dealt with promise to telephone me about the problem with my vehicle, and never do so.
