This makes no sense. I’ve only had my vehicle for a little over a year and went to GREAT lengths to find it - a 2018 Prius C. Why would I sell back a car in such high demand? It’s a great car. I bought it because I want it. Unless Toyota wants to both buy my car AND find me a new car, all I’m doing is selling back my car so Toyota can flip it for a profit, leaving me with no car. Lay off on the sales pitches when all I’m coming in for is service. I already get the mailers every week. If I’d wanted to sell it I would’ve approached Toyota. More
Did a great job, but the hub cap was not put on securely because it fell off at some point during highway driving. Disappointed in that. Don’t know at what point it fell off so now I have to pay for another because it fell off at some point during highway driving. Disappointed in that. The service at this dealer was good, but the price for labor was obscene. Standard maintenance on a Camry should not incur a $1,500 quote, with almost $800 of that being labor.
