One of the most incompetent dealerships I have ever worked with. From the very start of the process where they pre-qualify you once you walk in by making you submit a form containing 30+ questions to t worked with. From the very start of the process where they pre-qualify you once you walk in by making you submit a form containing 30+ questions to the inexperienced sales people trying to use outdated “sales techniques”. Next they don’t know their inventory wasted 2 hours because they thought they sold the vehicle we ended up buying, to their amateur finance manager who is less then professional - to the vape pen staring at you as you fill out paperwork. Next, they took over 45 days to pay off our car loan from the vehicle we traded in. Getting phones calls every day saying you’re late on your monthly payment was fun. “oh our employee got things mixed up” Finally, to add to even more to their lack of attention/organization they butcher the title, wasting over 5 hours of my time trying to get it sorted with the DMV. Ended up having to drive back to dealership to get an affidavit from them, which in turn is filled out wrong. I tried calling them 6+ times as I’m sitting in the DMV to get it corrected all to get 6 voicemails. What a terrible experience, one would hope you figure out your operation.
