She kept in contact with me throughout the process and made it so seamless. Then, I met Mike who brought me the loaner car and picked up my car. He was so professional and made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure that my car was well taken care of. He even reminded me to grab whatever I might need from my car before he left with it. Mike brought my car back to me sparkling clean. I’ve always thought no one could ever beat Chick-Fil-A with their level of customer service but let me say, y’all have taken the number 1 spot in my eyes!!
