We visited Drive Direct yesterday, and overall, our experience was great thanks to our salesperson, Bill! He was amazing, honest, and very helpful throughout the process. We needed a reliable, gas-friendly vehicle (lol 😂), and Bill definitely helped us find what we were looking for! If you’re planning to visit Drive Direct, I highly recommend asking for Bill. He’s the person you want to work with! Unfortunately, our experience with the finance department was not nearly as positive. Justin Walsh made the process frustrating and almost caused us to walk away without purchasing the vehicle. Instead of feeling confident and excited about our purchase, we were made to feel like we should reconsider our decision. His approach was not very friendly, and the experience left us questioning whether we were making the right choice. Thankfully, we were able to speak with Bill again and work with another finance representative, which helped turn things around. We ultimately purchased our vehicle, and we are grateful to Bill for his honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. My recommendation to Drive Direct: Bill is a great asset to your team! However, I hope the finance department will work on making customers feel welcomed, respected, and confident in their purchases.
