Hello, can you please give us more information. You would've purchased this car in December ( 8 months ago) in the winter. The heat was not working properly then? All vehicles are sold As-Is, but heat has to work that is a safety issue. Did the issue just happen recently, who did you reach out to?

Unbeknownst to me you sell as is but do not indicate the diagnostic information that would have indicated contaminated your dealer clearly was aware of but didnt make me aware. Besides a useless carfax i can obtain online with vin number no diagnostics info provided from dealer that dealer would have before valuing car to sell. Heat only ever worked if tempature is above 36 degrees outside, so really it does not work for safety so thats on your fraudulent practices. It works until tempatures are below freezing starting end of February when one would need heat and notice it doesnt work properly, hence why you guys sold it for the price you did saying I got a deal. I got scammed, said previous sell fell threw and I got lucky. Cons

Approximately 8 months ago as in around end of october-nov 2025. Point is your practices are trash. I hear a bunch of tic for tac excuses. Not shocked. But to answer your question, I've tried reaching the general manager but he does not answer phone calls AND voice-mail full! Shocker. Apparently I'll just have to file formal complaint with ohio attorney General since drive direct lacks accountability

With all due respect, it is impossible for it to be "unbeknownst" to you. Every car has an As-Is Buyers Guide on every car we sell, then you have to sign it. We sell over 500 cars per month and if something comes up immediately ( like no heat) we help people out. You can always have a 3rd party check the car before you buy it. If it is a car outside of manufacturer powertrain warranty on anything other than a Toyota/Lexus, Honda/Acura, we pay for a free 90 day Powertrain warranty. In Columbus the average temp was 32 degrees for the month of Jan with temps well below freezing, in December there was temps below freezing as well, and in Nov 2025 around when you purchased the vehicle there was temps also below freezing in the beginning and end of the month. If you bought it 9-10 months ago As-Is, and the problem with heat came up after you had the car 3-4 months what do you expect us to do at that point?

You are unprofessional and cowardly to chalk it up to what are we supposed to do (insert made up narrative about freezing temps in November) you have endless bad reviews for this reason. Youre full of yourself to thinkyou can talk your way out of trash practices. Its unbeknownst to me my heat didnt work properly if its under 36 degrees Yeah accept the facts its unbeknownst i needed to repairs on as is car not indicating whats as is, hence over 3grand in repairs on a car i bought with cash off your dealership,not your made up self fulfilling prophecy like what are we supposed to do, um be ethical. Honest? Of course not you sitting there making shit up at this point. You guys knew you had time to buy until it was apparent you sold me a contaminated car that heat would not run properly in certain weather increments because it needed repairs
