I bought a car here a month ago - a 2022 Toyota Corolla. When test driving the car, the tire pressure light was on, and I assumed that the tires needed to be filled. I forgot to ask the dealership about it (my sales rep was named DAKOTA) and, after telling me that they would do everything necessary to get the car ready, they would sell me the car. Thinking that would mean that they would fill up the tires, I thought it would be fine - it was not. Turns out the light didn't go away and, even when filling up the tire, the light has stayed on. I have called Dakota and left him three voicemails and texts as well as call and email the dealership - I have had ZERO response - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just wanted to know if they would be willing to fix the fact that the car has a faulty tire pressure light but they have completely failed to reach out to me. I will avoid this dealership in the future. It has now been a month and I am still waiting. I will have to get the light fixed somewhere else and it could be several hundred dollars. On top of that, the car was "pre-owned certified" which means something like new. While I was driving it in the rain the other day, water started to leak THROUGH the window shield - I don't think that is supposed to happen. Since that happened, the car has started to smell like wet stinky socks. On top of that, I was using the cigarette lighter to plug into my tire inflator to fill the tires and the cigarette lighter went out - so thats no longer working either. Otherwise, in the first month its been a great car though I would still love for them to reach out to me and I will consider editing this review. More
🔴 Very bad experience — I do NOT recommend this dealership or the salesman Tom Davis I purchased a vehicle from this dealership directly through Tom Davis, and I expected at least a professional dealership or the salesman Tom Davis I purchased a vehicle from this dealership directly through Tom Davis, and I expected at least a professional and respectful treatment after closing the deal. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. During a **conversation about an agreement we had made—where he promised to replace the tires on the vehicle if I bought the car through him, which he ultimately failed to do—**Tom Davis reacted in a completely inappropriate way. He got upset and, without any justification, grabbed my phone and slammed it against the desk. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially from someone who represents a dealership and deals with customers. It’s clear that once the sale is done, they no longer care about honoring their word or treating you with respect. ⚠️ If you're looking to buy a car and value honesty, professionalism, and respectful customer service, I strongly recommend avoiding this place—and especially Tom Davis. There are plenty of other dealerships out there that do keep their word and treat people the right way. More

When it came time to seal the deal, I presented an approval letter from my local credit union, promising them full payment upon completion of a sales agreement and title. They insisted on me completing a credit app. I didn't need any credit, I don't need your credit, I have a letter assisting "xxx FCU always pays on these approval letters". I'm guessing they are trying to make money on the financing side or selling your/my information, I don't exactly know what their scam is. I only know I'm dissatisfied with the way their company does business and think people need to understand what they are doing. Imagine going shopping at the store, presenting your credit card and being told to fill out a credit application. No thank you. I'm very disappointed with them. Buyer beware More
Searched for quite some time for a specific vehicle. Found what I was looking for at Drive Direct. Chatted with salesman Nick. He sent me a walk around video. Vehicle was priced on cars.com for 41,99 Found what I was looking for at Drive Direct. Chatted with salesman Nick. He sent me a walk around video. Vehicle was priced on cars.com for 41,995. Sticker in window reflected the same price. I changed my schedule around to get to Columbus to pick up this vehicle the next day since they would not hold the truck even with a deposit. I was proactive in taking care of the online credit app the night before. I was told the salesman would hold onto the key and would let me know if anyone was coming to look at the vehicle before I could get there. Half the day went by, and I figured I better check in since I had not heard anything and because I had made transportation arrangements immediately after getting off work today. The salesman informed me that he did not do anything with my credit app because they raised the price by 3,000.00. No call, nothing. Not sure that anyone wants to do business with a disingenuous company like Direct Drive. Give your business to a company that truly values their customers and would never do such a thing. Shame on you Direct Drive. More
