If i could leave negative or zero stars i would. It all started with my brakes. On day ine they started squeaking. Having a 15 day warranty , i feel my calls were ignored . Finally they answer the phone and the mechanic looks at my brake pads for not even 5 seconds says oh its because the brake pads are brand new. Im like are you joking, its the rotors, he saud no they'll stop squeaking. 10,000 miles later still squeaks.. i call them back hey its been 10,000 miles and instead of saying hey bring it by well check it for you they started screaming at me and i mean screaming... i call the attorney general hey i just soent $16k on what i thought was a good car please close them down. Few weeks go by , my starter is shot and my alternator bad i have it towed there. Its been 5 days now there like ya were trying to diagnose if its the starter or the alternator . Excuse me? It takes 20 minuts to pull out a starter and check if the line is fryed. They say they will call me back at end of the day never got a call ba k in those 5 days i had to call them. It does not take 5 days to change an alternator or starter. Im not a mechanic but i know how to di that it would have takeb me 3 hours tops to diagnose and change both. Because of this once again i have lost my job because this car has broken down. Come tomorrow i am boarding a plane and leaving state. I have no way to pay bills, no way to pay rent, no way to buy food because i bought a car for $16,000 believing it would last me 10 years , it didnt even last me 3 months. It broke down the first week i got it and they said oh well we are very busy and cant look at your car for at least 2 weeks (past the 15 day warrantg) Look at all the reviews , one star and they arent making these things up! Do not buy a car from this company! They need to close there doors and never touch a car again. 5 days and still havent changed the starter or alternator. I said well... talk to my lawyer from massachusettes , come tomorrow im moving out if state because you ripped me off . Keep the car , only a matter of time until you have to close you doors More

They drew up a contract and we all agreed and 6 days later said we need another $500 or bring vehicle.
