Vehicles listed on site were sold and not updated. No prices listed on Vehicles, rear seat belts ripped in multiple places and the sales rep was shocked like they hadn't reviewed it before. There are 2 keys for the vehicle but I was only given 1 and told they would look for the 2nd but it might be at the main office. The day I bought the jeep I tried using the sun roof and it went back and heard a loud pop like something broke and it would not move forward without someone pushing it forward. This took 20 minutes to get the sun roof back in place. When I told the sales manager he said he would speak to the service department and call me back but he never did. Yesterday I went to check on the seat belts and the order had not been sent in yet. I asked David the finance manager about the sun roof and said they didnt know it had the feature and therefore never inspected it and would not warranty or fix it. But offered for me to pay the dealership to fix it which is ludacris to be honest. I was not treated like a customer for return business. If I wanted to buy a used car with the possibility of faulty parts I would have just bought from a personal seller. Also the TPMS sensor is reading faulty after only 3 days of owning the vehicle which im sure I will be told they wont fix. More

The truck I purchased has severe mechanical issues after only having the truck for a week. Fuel pump went out. Then came rattling under the truck. They said it was the rear differential. They replaced that only having the truck for a week. Fuel pump went out. Then came rattling under the truck. They said it was the rear differential. They replaced that and are now saying it’s the drive train, which isn’t covered under the warranty. I didn’t cause that damage, they sold it with serious issues. This is fraud. I have been patient and understanding up until this point. A reputable dealer does not sell vehicles with serious issues like this and not disclose that information. More
The car was never detailed, but we were told it would be. Was barely clean. Wheels hadn't been touched in weeks and were covered in grime. Oil change was supposed to be completed.
