Terrible. Sold be 2008 lexus rx 350z that had major engine problems among other major problems. They do not up date you on anything unless you are diligent in contacting them. And maybe they might give information. January 5, 2025 I still do not have my and have been informed it needs a new used engine! No ETA . Refuse to give money but constantly tell you they want to make it right with customer. Do not buy here. Worst customer service ever and dealer ship I ever experienced . Upper management might email. They blow you off once they have your money. I will never use this place or recommend.
