It was everything practical that I was needing as a Colorado resident (like 4WD), and it had lots of extras that were bonuses. However, David encouraged me to test drive several other vehicles, making sure my options were being properly explored. I was impressed that he was more concerned with finding me the right vehicle than he was about locking me down in a contract and sealing a deal. (Impressive.) THAT is integrity! He took his time with me, happily staying late to complete paperwork, and I'm appreciative that he took an interest in my needs. He is very professional, and his demeanor makes it easy to be relaxed. I also like that I was never made to feel pressured. I got a great deal - much more than I originally thought I'd get - and I couldn't be happier with this SUV! Needed the right car quickly at a good price - found it here While I have purchased several (not a lot) of vehicles, this was the first time I started shopping for a car online. I knew the car I was after - the Toyota Avalon XLS - so found a wide variety of them both at dealerships (small and large) and through private parties. After a couple of false leads and a couple of scam encounters, I found what I was looking for with Drive N-Motion. This is a small, unassuming used car dealer on Denver's west side. When I say small, I mean I talked to literally everyone who works there. Some only on the phone, but mostly in person. This was a wonderful contrast to the big dealers I've known in the past where you wondered if you could have gotten a better price from the salesman in the next cubicle. There was no back room chatter while I waited. When I made my offer, David showed me what they had invested in the car, and what their margin was. Still, he presented it to the owner, Brian, who came and finalized the deal with me in a fair and friendly way, It took me a week to arrange for financing, and when I had that in place I dealt with Yubia and her stack of paperwork. She explained all the documents I was signing and initialing efficiently, and when I had a question on some of the contract details Josiah was able to explain them. It all went much more quickly than I'd expected, and I was pleased to have time to take the car and enjoy my afternoon drive. Drive N-Motion is growing, opening up a shop in Thornton, and I think they will do well if they continue to offer the friendly, up front approach I experienced. More
