To Whom It May Concern: We apologize for the issues you have had with our vehicles, however we would like to formally address some of your concerns. Thank you for being honest about going thru your current Bankruptcy, which was never relayed to the Sales Person or Management at the time of purchase. You mentioned that your lawyer advised you to go out and purchase a new vehicle and attach it into the bankruptcy so that you can drive a free car until your bankruptcy is discharged. This is not fair practice on your behalf or your attorney's behalf. We apologize you had issues with your car or any and all loaner vehicles you were provided, however please keep in mind it is a courtesy that we offer loaner vehicles at Express Auto Spot. We also apologize you could not fulfill your contractual agreement with Express Auto Spot, being 18-days late on your 1st deferred down payment (which we worked with you on), and 17-days late on your 2nd deferred down payment (which you were still $100 short, and could not come up with the remaining balance for a few weeks). Your 1st payment of $185.42 would have been due on 11/14/14, which in our opinion, you would not have been able to make either. Instead of going down the path of a repossession, we tried to do the right thing and just give you ALL of your money back on 11/8/14. Therefore, you drove one of our vehicles for over one month, and didn't have to pay a single cent. You're welcome! To your statement, "they purchase cars cheap with issues put band aids and sell them to people who are vulnerable and in need a car". Express Auto Spot spent $1,103.56 on the PT Cruiser you purchased from us. We replaced transmission seal, motor mounts, water pump, timing belt, etc. on the vehicle. I would say this is not a "Band-Aid" fix. We also give each vehicle a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty on the vehicle which we insure our selves. Don't you believe it would be in our best interest to repair the vehicles properly so we don't have a major malfunction later with the vehicle that we'll have to pay more money for? Finally, to your statement, " they direct and instruct you at that moment to come on this site and give them a good review regardless of you feel". We obviously like to promote our customers to go to dealerrater.com and write a review on their experience at our dealership. We are not sure at what point after the transaction you posted your original review, but we would doubt you were forced into anything, especially purchasing the vehicle. In summary, we would like to sincerely apologize for your free use of a vehicle for over one month from us. We appreciate you giving us this review after you have already taken all of your money back and cashed the check. We truly hope we can attain more quality customers such as yourself.
