I also learned that certain states like California have ridiculous buyback laws. Ours had a faulty lane departure camera/sensor. The 2019 BMW X1 with 1900 miles was like new with full warranty from the manufacture. I feel like I bought a new vehicle at below retail value. I could have easily spent 5k more on a similar vehicle with a clean title but it wasn’t worth it to me. In summary, car buying is about assessing the product and making a decision. I’m glad Russell was able to help answer questions and provide documents that are important to making a decision. Ask for Russell when you go into the dealership. Good guy. More

Best deal for an almost perfect used Mercedes Benz I was out of state and inquired about a 2017 MB C300 and was skeptical about purchasing a car unseen. The sales person was Ahmad and he was great to work with. He was relatively new to the company but was very responsive and was extremely patient with me. I asked a lot of questions and he actually did a Facetime with me and spent a lot of time showing me the car in detail. I was going to have them ship the car to me but i have been told to never buy a cat site unseen. When I got there I found out that there were a few minor things wrong but you had to get down on your hands and knees to see the slight imperfections. I am very picky about details and should have Ahmad found them yes. But then again, I used to paint cars so I knew what to look for. Ahmad was very honest with me and very patient once I arrived there. They worked with to make the deal happen and I couldn't have been more pleased with the transaction other that it only had one key. The cat has driven absolutely fabulous. This was not a manufacturer buyback but rather a trade in from a previous customer of theirs. The car was detailed very nicely and spotless. This dealership sells a lot of high end cars and my purchase was what I consider a very small one for them. They still treated me very well and never got frustrated with me. Ahmad was an excellent sales person and very transparent. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would buy from them again. More

But I did my research, test drove the car I wanted in my loc Frankly I was very nervous about buying a car sight unseen, from a remote car dealership. But I did my research, test drove the car I wanted in my local area and set out to find the best deal on the internet. Car Gurus led me to the best deal at Drive a Dream (actually Drive a dream had several of the best deals in the country for the type of car I purchased) where I connected with Faiz C the salesman. Faiz put me at ease in the process, answering all my questions in timely fashion, and trying his best to find answers in case he didn't have an immediate answer. Picked up the phone right away every time. Sent tons of extra pics and videos an extra information on the car, and made sure the car was as perfect in person as it looked on-line (no surprises). All this without any pressure whatsoever. To finalize the deal, they use modern doc-u-sign which made things easy, and they shipped the car within days of receiving my wire and took care of the temporary registration, etc. Shipment was in closed container to my door at the designated time and in perfect like new condition, and costs less than half of what other shippers charge.
