Beware!!!!! Purchased a 2014 Model S. Both headlamps non-functional when vehicle arrived. $3,220.00 out of pocket expense. GM Bill Dangra refused payment stating ‘he didn’t make enough in the deal’ to p non-functional when vehicle arrived. $3,220.00 out of pocket expense. GM Bill Dangra refused payment stating ‘he didn’t make enough in the deal’ to provide functional headlamps. Moreover, suggested sending EBay headlamps to be installed locally. Grossly failed at customer service. They’re more interested at making a buck instead of ensuring cars work. On balance, Juan, salesperson was excellent. Would NOT risk business again with them. Buyer beware- scam!! More
