2019 Kia Sorento check engine light came on an hour after leaving drive time was not told about 5-day return policy car was bounced around through three different repair shops before being sent to Kia dealer leaving drive time was not told about 5-day return policy car was bounced around through three different repair shops before being sent to Kia dealership where warranty was expired now 10 weeks later five grand later still no car but a $13,000 bill for repairs was told car was sold as is there was no paper displayed in Windows saying this and if it was sold as is why is was there a 30-day 1500 mile warranty already have changed serpentine belt which had cracks in it blower motor oil change and now another $$13,000 repair for Cadillac converter and rusted out exhaust system no help from drive time no vehicle as loaner or anything than on foot bought car to be able to see my son that lives 2 hours away and is disabled has been in and out of hospital ICU since all of this has happened in the last 10 weeks and I can't even get 2 hours away to visit him sincerely xxxxxx off customer Deneese Johnson More
