With impeccable service records. As for price always spot on with Kelly blue book. I check before buying. As for warrenty price same as any aftermarket price. Bundle with gap insurance. Unbeatable deal. I called and spoke with Erica about a 2015 jetta. Blue my color. Unfortunately it was on a test drive and sold. She said she had other one but gray. I didn't see in on web site. Erica tells me it just came in that day. Had 8000 less miles and was 1000 less. But was at the Decatur store. She drove to Decatur pick up the car and set up a test dive that day. We came down test drove and well we have a great second car. Erica was very nice, helpfully, and straight forward. No pressure. Just a great time. All this took about 2 1/2 hours. Very impressed. My wife was thinking a few days. Agian I can't say enough all the staff at Sahara store where awesome. The deal. Financing. Payments all what I was looking for. Only one problem there popcorn was cold and stail. But thats only minor. Ty chaz/Annie. More
Terrible This is my third car with DriveTime. Why is it my third? Every car I've have from them was terrible so I traded them in within the 5 days. Now not to This is my third car with DriveTime. When I first got the 3rd car Ivan the store mananger promised me all kinds of things that would be fixed through warranty. I called warranty because every time I came outside to go to work my tires were flat. Yes FLAT!! SO the warranty says okay they will approve it even though it's something they usually don't. Okay good so I call the warranty and they say they are waiting for Drive time a customer relations to approve my tires. I call customer relations which is horrible!!! And they say nope we aren't fixing anything literally that's what the man says. Now my tired are only okay if I put fix a flat in them which is not a good thing. Remember I'm pregnant right? So my tired could just fall off at anythime. I don't think its fair and I don't think I should have to replace the tires of I've been TOLD they would be approved because I've had solo many issues. Smh. I have called the Better Business Beraue and a lawyer to handle it because its been that bad. I would never recommend going here ever to anyone. I'm going to let everyone I know not to go there. More

I send two more people back to back in August 2015 and in September 2015 I'm supposed to receive another $200.00 for each of them. Here's January and I'm still getting the run around on the Phone I call the Sahara location where I got the car from and none of them know what there doing it call one day and supposedly it was already added witch ticks me off cause I never received an email stating it was added call back the next day and they say it's still being processed. Are they looking at the same computer if so they need to go back to paper cause no one knows how to use a computer anymore More

biggest mistake ever This dealership is absolutely terrible and I wouldn't be surprised if these 5 star reviews came directly from the employees themselves seeing as how a This dealership is absolutely terrible and I wouldn't be surprised if these 5 star reviews came directly from the employees themselves seeing as how a salesman ASKED me to give them a good review after my purchase. I was reluctant to even buy a car 2 months ago and I was simply browsing their inventory. I ended up getting pressured into financing a Honda Civic. The night I brought the car home, I went to sleep and woke up for my graveyard shift. When I went to leave for work the car didn't start, so I assumed I had left an interior light on. I didn't have time to jump it so I got a ride to work. The next day, I got a jump, and the car drove fine. During this day I decided it would be best if I kept my old car and returned my Honda. I loved the car but I just wasn't ready for the financial commitment. The next day I get in the car to return it and again the car wouldn't start. I asked a neighbor to give me a jump and once it started, smoke came flying from under the hood making a loud, high pitch noise. I finally got the car back to drive time and got my down payment back. The next day I called to asked if I could go back and get my CDS out of the car and they said it was in the shop. 2 weeks later, still in the shop. 1 month later, still in the shop. Today marks 2 months since my purchase and apparently I will not be able to retrieve my CDS because the car JUST went from the shop to an auction this week. This place is an absolute, money hungry joke. More
Customer Service I was out of state and the employees were most helpful in making sure things were ready when I got there. My only problems were the aftermarket radio was not properly hooked up (only 1/2) the speakers functioned and the tire treads seemed a little on the low side for me. Other than that a great experience. More

All contacts from the first phone conversation with the switchboard person at the DriveTime dealership, to the face-to-face meetig with our used car sales service person, Lori Jasa, were very pleasant...in switchboard person at the DriveTime dealership, to the face-to-face meetig with our used car sales service person, Lori Jasa, were very pleasant...in that we didn't feel pressured to move quickly to select a car etc. We were however prepared for our visit, by having made a tentative selection of the 2009 Ford Taurus SE we drove home with later that afternoon. It was possible to research the available background infomation on the vehicle by it's vin# and the visual information presented on the internet DriveTime site. All DriveTime contacts were very informatively clear and concise about all aspects of the DriveTime purchase and financing experience we were to proceed through that day...there were no surprises. My wife and I will definitely encourage our contacts needing a vehicle to contact the nearest DriveTime location, or the East Sahara location if they appen to be in Las Vegas...Nevada of cource.
