Flat tire due to nail. Scheduler responded immediately that they could that issue that day. He asked if u needed anything else. I indicated an oil change and I was having frequent times when the car wouldn’t go into gear upon start-up. Oil was changed, tire repaired and part ordered to fix shift issue. Great experience!

I'm not one to leave reviews but thought that Cadillac West Mgmt should know that they have a rare team of outstanding sales people in Alix and Mindy. The knowledge that Alix has in the Cadillac brand is second to none. I've purchased 3 Cadillacs from these two and each time I felt like I was the most important customer they've had. I still stop by now and then and am always looking for my next great deal. Alix actually chose for me the Cadillac I'm in now. I always say it's my last one but then again you only live once.
