Quick Story: Was on the way to Acura of Sherman Oaks to retrieve the 2020 Mercedes GLC 300, when I was met with a plethora of traffic, pushing my arrival back almost a full hour. The rest is history as they were able to deal with the credit issues and help me purchase a 23’ X3 Sport w/Dealer + Extended Warranty, Service Package & more on a vehicle that has only 30k miles on it. Unfortunately, a mere 12 days after receiving my vehicle, it was impacted in a hit-and run. Fortunately it was repairable, but took nearly three months awaiting replacement parts, which delayed my ability to register it in my state. She has been absolutely phenomenal, patient, kind, thoughtful, thorough, and proactive throughout the entire delayed process.
