I reported it and Christina made the efforts to reach out to the service department and got the radio part approved to replace on my car. That was very impressive and I applaud her efforts and customer service. More
Horrible experience! Took 1 month to get the truck. Truck arrived leaking oil from the engine and the touchscreen was glitching with horizontal lines on the display, se Took 1 month to get the truck. Truck arrived leaking oil from the engine and the touchscreen was glitching with horizontal lines on the display, see picture. This was a 2022 GMC Sierra SLT with the 3.0L diesel engine. It only had 29k miles on it. The carfax was clean. This truck came from a dealership in WV. The name of the dealership is Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Morgantown WV. The belly pan was missing under the truck which tells me that the dealer looked at the oil leak and did nothing about it. I called Driveway the day after the truck arrived and requested to return the truck for a refund. They asked me if I wanted to take it to a dealer for an estimate to repair it. This truck is under factory warranty, but I did not buy a broken truck and I did not want to deal with having it repaired. It took them 2 weeks to pickup the truck. I was able to track the truck with the BOL number that the driver gave me. It went back to the same dealer in WV and 1 day later it was listed for sale again on Driveway.com. It is currently still listed for sale, see picture. They did not have time to fix the oil leaks and the touchscreen. They are going to sell it "BROKEN" again and someone else is going to have to go through the same thing that I just went through. It took 2 more weeks to get my money back and they did not refund my shipping cost of $1200 even though they were 100% at fault for selling me a broken vehicle that they knew was broken. I had to call and or text every day to get my refund. The agents are not trained well and if you do not stay on them, nothing will get done. Driveway is owned by Lithia Motors. They do not care about the customer at all. I will never buy a vehicle online again. Be very careful if you are thinking about buying from this company. More
No customer service just treated as a transaction. Still within 60/3000 actually within the first month. The car was sold with nothing updated had to purchase 3 new tires because had 1 new tire the rest original with 30k on the car. Car was delivered with no driver floor mat so had to purchase floor mats right away. Had no front license plate bracket so had to purchase and have that installed. Cabin filter was dirty with leaves and debris. Had to change. When you buy a car from driveway they really sell as is and change nothing from when they bought in it might actually be worst. Then they past it all to you! More

I had a deal for a car and got my loan approved. They required a $500 deposit to hold the car, which I paid. However, my bank later informed me they couldn't accept a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio highe They required a $500 deposit to hold the car, which I paid. However, my bank later informed me they couldn't accept a loan-to-value (LTV) ratio higher than 130%. I spoke with Jonathon Sellers a few hours later, explaining that I was deciding whether to cover the difference in cash to lower the LTV or to not trade in my current car. He acknowledged and assured me it was fine. But, two days later, I discovered the car had been sold. I was told it was never on hold because the deal wasn’t finalized. So, what was the $500 for? The rep explained that since the deal wasn't approved, there was no hold on the car. Highly disappointing. More

What a nightmare. I wish I had cancelled at the first red flag. I have 3 separate goofys all claiming to be my selling agent and I have not yet spoken to any of them. I mean deal with, not work with. She has repeatedly spreading false information and she personally led my wife and I on a multi-hour goose chase. She reluctantly patched me through to her supervisor who was the most confused person yet. He just wanted to talk and talk and talk. All i needed was for these clowns to upload the title. He wanted to talk about the weather and vacation. I have yet to deal with a professional since the beginning of purchase. Don't use this service, just go to the dealership.
