Weds. July 10, approximately 1400 hours eastern time I spoke with a manager of some customer satiafaction department Parker who thinks I might get my car on Thursday. I was told that my this transaction will be unassigned from Freedia, who has proven to be less than incompetent and extremely unprofessional. She continues to privately text me though I have requested multiple times that she cease and desist. Parker persuaded me to not block her number and email, though his reasoning unclear. To date, I feel the same. Dont buy cars here, go to the dealership. At least if they completely screw up like freedia has they can give you a gas card or free oil changes. I just have to accept that an idiot made my deal take 3 weeks. I still feel foolish for ahopping here
