In the beginning I talked to three different people, I had hoped to deal with the same person all the way through. Finally, we met Sam. Ultimately we got the vehicle we wanted at a fair price. As for the vehicle, the engine is slow to start and we wouldn’t have known that because the vehicle was started for us during test drive. Also, there are a few chips and dents that were not pointed out prior to purchase. It was only after hearing the vehicle home we noticed them. Oh and the Forester was not washed because their car wash was frozen, it should have been taken to another place to wash it upon purchase agreement being sold. This is how we found out about the chips and dents because it was sold per the same agreement as no chips or dents. More
