Had such a great experience at this location. Our salesman Haston was wonderful from start to finish. That's my last service visit at this dealership - my trust in them is gone. Went in to have my BRAKE LIGHT checked and waited in the lobby as they checked out what the issue is. I was told by the serv trust in them is gone. Went in to have my BRAKE LIGHT checked and waited in the lobby as they checked out what the issue is. I was told by the service tech that I needed all 4 new brake pads and have my rotors machined --- it must be done "now" and if not I'd need new rotors as well (guessing they didn't want to get another quote). After I was given a loaner so the service could be performed the next morning - I spoke with a mechanic friend of mine who told me to inquire about simply replacing the rotors as it may be cheaper. I called the service rep back and he said it would be a couple hundred dollars more and machining the rotors would be a better alternative for me anyways. None the less (and shame on me) I trusted this rep and authorized the service. When i picked up the car in the morning and looked at the invoice - I was billed 5 LABOR HOURS - which from everyone I speak with is extremely extremely high (guess they needed to help with their service $$$ numbers in a slow January). SUBARU OF MOON got me once - won't give them a chance to get me again! Svc Rep wasn't Fran but the rep isn't showing in this list. More
So we made a trip to this dealership today looking to purchase a used car for our Daughter only to be told when we initially get there that the car is not there! Ok so we sat around the shop for another 20-25 minutes to then be told that the car was in fact there but the title was missing! So ok we for some reason still wanted to test drive the car and see where we stand as far as the monthly installments on the deal should we like the car. Drove the car it seemed to run ok was a base model Mitsubishi so I wasn’t expecting much, when we get back to dealership we noticed a burnt oil smell so I popped the hood and it seemed as though somebody spilled oil on the engine I should have just left right then and there but I gave the benefit of the doubt the dealer would check the car before we purchased should the deal work out, so we get back to the office and explained to the rep we already checked the value of the car from Kelly blue book and the model we were trading was valued at $3600.00 on the low end so we didn’t expect a massive amount for the trade but figured we would get an offer somewhere close to that amount, these people came back and offer us a measly 1000.for the trade and we even were willing to put 8000.00 down on the car, here’s the really frustrating part this is the second visit to this dealer and the second turn down last time we were told if we would put money down they would work a decent trade these people don’t work with you at all, not to mention none of the employees were wearing a mask in the midst of a global pandemic and the rep that helped us swore in front of us taking the lords name in vain stay clear of this place if you value a good customer experience and a fair and honest business relationship! I made an appointment at this dealership to leave my car the night before and have it looked at the next day. Thankfully I called the dealership with a few questions the afternoon that I was to leave it the the night before and have it looked at the next day. Thankfully I called the dealership with a few questions the afternoon that I was to leave it there. The girl on the phone told me that I did not even have an appointment the next day. I was baffled because they had even sent me an email confirmation stating that I had the appointment. She couldn’t explain what happened and there was no attempt to fix the issue. She told me I could try to use the express lane the next day if I wanted to or make a new appointment. I have never been to this dealership and don’t intend on ever going there. More
TERRIBLE...LOOKED AT CARS, TEST DROVE THE CAR WE WANTED, READY TO SIGN PAPERS THEN TOLD IT WAS ALAREADY SOLD!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!???? UNREAL...WE WERE THERE 1.5 HOURS AND SALES MANAGER SAID THE CAR WA READY TO SIGN PAPERS THEN TOLD IT WAS ALAREADY SOLD!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!!???? UNREAL...WE WERE THERE 1.5 HOURS AND SALES MANAGER SAID THE CAR WAS SOLD 1.5 HOURS AGO BY ANOTHER SALESPERSON. BAIT AND SWITCH...THEY TRIED TO UPSELL US ON SERVICE CONTRACTS ETC WHICH WE DID NOT WANT...THEN THE CAR IS ALREADY SOLD...??? SOUNDS VERY SUSPICIOUS TO ME. More
I contacted the dealership regarding an issue I had with the lift gate on my car. A service advisor called and left a voice mail that he could tell me how to try to correct the problem instead of me having the lift gate on my car. I called and left a message on the direct dial phone as well as messages with several people who said that he would return my call that day. It is very difficult for me to get time off of work right now to bring the car in and I was willing to try to fix the lift gate if the service advisor explained what I should do. More
I would not trust this dealership. Just recently purchased a CPO Subaru from here. When going through the purchasing process everyone is nice and so helpful. However don’t let this fool you after driving away I realized two things first off I do not want the extended warranty on top of the CPO I purchased which they told me was no problem to cancel when I was in financing buying the car. I called the next couple day they were open in the finance manager said if I cancel the extended warranty my car is also no longer certified preowned. I called Subaru America they said that was incorrect I called back the dealership and said I talk to Subaru America and they said that was incorrect he said no that is the case I then asked for it to be put in writing and speak to a manager. The manager apologized up and down and said that is a sales tactic by the finance guy who is new still trying to adapt and assured me he would cancel the extended warranty immediately in my car would still be a CPO. So it’s been about a month and a half I called back yesterday because I still noticed the Extended warranty on my bill. I called Subaru America they they said yes it should still active. They informed me they would contact dealership and straighten this out the dealership then called me and ask for my current mileage. I refuse to give my current mileage because they were trying to prorate my warranty to give me less off my current mileage not the mileage when I tried to cancel the extended warranty two days after purchase. I asked The sales manager to speak to his boss he hung up on me. Very unprofessional and still trying to fight with the dealership to get what I was promised. Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car and would definitely recommend at least a different Subaru dealership or a different brand if this is how Subaru treats her customers. More
