Inspection I came in for a Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and my inspection. I bought my 2016 STi here 2 years ago and had great experiences up until the other day. I came in for a Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and my inspection. I bought my 2016 STi here 2 years ago and had great experiences up until the other day. I waited at the dealership for 3 hours for everything to be completed. So finally, after the 3 hours they came up to me and explained that my car wasn't passing inspection because of my muffler deletes on my car.... WHICH I had on my car last year and they passed my car inspection last year. First off, they didn't communicate with me at all about anything going on with my vehicle. My inspection is up at the end of April and instead of communicating to me they made me wait, and I thought everything was going perfectly fine with my car. It is now April 21st and I need to figure out how to pass inspection in a matter of 9 days. I don't think that it is fair that first off, last year they passed a vehicle that wasn't suppose to pass. Which made me think there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I never knew that I wasn't aloud muffler deletes on my vehicle. Well, now this year I go in, and all of a sudden it doesn't pass. I think it is very unfair, and not right that they passed it last year, doing the wrong thing and not telling me the truth about my car. Now here we are this year with 9 days left, and I'm stuck, all because this dealership wasn't honest with me the previous year, and passed my car illegally. I was dealing with Jim P for my service, and was very disappointed with how he handled the issue. I spoke to a manager named Pat and he explained to me that last year the guy who inspected my car was fired. He took care of my bill, but I am still very upset with a dealership I really liked at first. More
