Great up until the paperwork I loved working with Austin when buying my new to me used car. He was very helpful and understanding that this was my first car buying experience, he I loved working with Austin when buying my new to me used car. He was very helpful and understanding that this was my first car buying experience, he never left me sitting and waiting for him to get something done, often running to the printer to obtain papers for me. He was very accommodating and worked it out so that I could have my mechanic look at the car before I bought it. It was a wonderful experience until I got to the finance table, Steve was the pushiest salesman I’ve ever met. I understand that you have to sell your add-ons but he openly raised his voice at me as a scare tactic to intimidate me into buying them, which in the end I did not so he accomplished nothing. I would love to work with Austin again when buying a car. More
