Day Apollo Experience I was on the hunt for a pre-owned vehicle and I came across a Chrysler 300s that sparked my interest at Day Apollo. Let me preface this by acknowledg I was on the hunt for a pre-owned vehicle and I came across a Chrysler 300s that sparked my interest at Day Apollo. Let me preface this by acknowledging that I am a very difficult person to do business with when it comes to car transactions. I am very picky, I ask a ton of questions, and I constantly feel like I am being ripped off so I am pretty defensive the whole time. Now for the experience.. I called the night before and spoke with a very nice and respectful gentleman named Mark Zimmerman who answered my questions quickly and efficiently. When I went to the dealership, they were incredibly busy, which is a GOOD thing. If you go to an empty dealership on the weekend it should raise concern. Ed Lightcap assisted me and was also assisting three other people simultaneously. Even though Ed's attention was not 100% on me, I never felt abandoned or not taken care of throughout the whole process. Ed answered all 2,015 (sarcasm) of my questions and exuded the utmost level of professionalism throughout the whole entire process. Like I usually do, I became frustrated at one point, and Ed was there to listen and provide feedback on how we could make the deal work. I am in consulting and client service is the single most important aspect of my job so I have heightened sensitivity to such when I am actually the client. Ed Lightcap's client service skills, and overall effectiveness at his position has left a positive impression regarding him and the dealership as a whole.
