It has always been a positive experience dealing with Jim Pratt (I have dealt with Bruce many times (I have even brought my Honda here for service). The facility is impeccable and the waiting area is comfortable (two separated areas: one offering seating to watch and television and toys for children, one offering bar height seating to accomplish work), many amenities: Wifi, Starbucks coffee, bottled water, snacks, etc. I used to shy away from dealership service, the experience at Subaru of Moon Township has changed my mind.
