Most horrible experience So I wasted 3 days trying to purchase a vehicle from them. I was only looking at one vehicle, the one that I really wanted, not any other ones, and ha So I wasted 3 days trying to purchase a vehicle from them. I was only looking at one vehicle, the one that I really wanted, not any other ones, and had gotten told I got approved for a great deal on it. Well I had to jump through hoops to get my consigner off, and the day I went to purchase it found out the finance person entered me in for a brand new vehicle that I absolutely did not want and wasn't even looking at, then got told my down payment TRIPLED for the car that i wanted. Finance department needs to pay closer attention to their work so they don't get people's hopes up just to let them down. More

He is knowledgeable and cares about helping the consumer with the best service available. Special mention to the young "Tech" expert Grant. He is a very polite person and will spend the time helping those with challenges in understanding all the special options that are included with your vehicle. Walter from online answered all my questions before I even showed up and was very patient with me. Sterling from sales spent a good bit of time with me and although he was new to his position, he was very professional and a nice guy. Steve in finance worked hard to get me the best possible interest rate and terms... also he was able to work in an extended warranty.. he also was a terrific guy. The only part of the experience I didn't care for was the appraisal of my trade in.. I went in pretty educated on the value of my car and what they sell for at same condition or worse and felt I probably should have received more. More
